I'm trying to sign into a new Teams Room on a Windows system, and I expected it to automatically join EntraID. However, while the device appears in the Teams Pro Management Portal, there's no record of it in EntraID. I've confirmed that it's excluded from my conditional access policies and isn't hitting any device limits. Could replacing an Android system with the same account be affecting this? I cleared all entries for the old Android device before signing in.

I’ve encountered a similar issue! The Windows Teams Room didn’t automatically connect to Active Directory for me either, but it did show up in the Teams admin portal. It's a bit confusing because it seems to only provide a link to the pro portal, not detailed information directly there.
I checked my setup and found that Android-based Teams Room kits show up in Entra ID, but my Windows kits don’t. They’re all Logitech devices. It seems like after moving to AOSP, we just assumed the Windows ones would register in Entra. It would be helpful for policy management if they did. Do you have remote management enabled? I have it set up, but the option to launch a remote session isn't showing up in the Teams Pro portal yet.
