I recently switched my computer desk and now my PC won't boot to Windows or even the BIOS. After moving it to the new desk and plugging everything back in, the monitor doesn't recognize anything. The RAM and GPU lights up, and the fans are working, but it stops there. It won't turn off even when I hold the power button, and my mouse and keyboard don't appear to be getting power, although my mouse pad LEDs are on. I've reseated the RAM and checked for loose connections, but everything looks fine. I've even tried unplugging and holding the power button for over 30 seconds before attempting to boot again. Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your GPU might have come loose during the move. I'd recommend reseating it again. That's often the culprit when there are issues after moving the PC.
Try performing some basic diagnostics. Disconnect everything except for the CPU, cooler, and fan. Then power it on by shorting the power pins on the motherboard. If everything is okay with your motherboard and power supply, you should at least get an error for missing RAM. You can check the motherboard manual for the specific diagnostic lights or sounds.
Make sure your monitor is plugged into the correct port on your PC. If you have a dedicated GPU, it should be connected there instead of the onboard ports.
