I'm currently using a Gigabyte RTX 3070 GAMING OC and I'm considering an upgrade to a newer GPU. I mainly game at 1440p and I'm stuck deciding between the RTX 5070 and the RTX 5070 Ti. Which of these GPUs would be a better match for my i7-12700KF? Also, I'd love some advice on which brand of GPU to go with. Here are my current PC specs: 850W Gigabyte 80+ Gold PSU, MSI CORELIQUID C360 water cooling, GIGABYTE Z690 GAMING X DDR4 motherboard, i7-12700KF processor at 3.6 GHz/5.0 GHz, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RGB RAM, and two 1TB SSDs (WD Black Gen 4 and WD SN570 NVME).

I have a similar setup with an i5-13500 and I paired it with the 5070 at 1440p. It runs well most of the time, but I occasionally hit some CPU bottlenecks with very demanding games like Space Marine 2. Just something to keep in mind!
If you're looking for the better option, I'd go with the RTX 5070 Ti if your budget allows! It's a powerful card that should last you a while, and you probably won't run into performance issues even if you decide to upgrade your CPU or RAM later on.
Definitely opt for the 5070 Ti if you can swing it! It's suited for top-notch 1440p gaming, and you might enjoy smoother performance compared to the base model.
