Help! My PC Won’t POST After Switching Components

I need some help troubleshooting my PC setup. I'm using an ASUS TUF x570 Plus motherboard with a 5900XT GPU, an MSI AIO cooler, and 32GB of Crucial RAM. Recently, I got an NVME expansion card as a gift and set it up with my bootable NVME drive. Everything was working fine until I switched the positions of the NVME card and the GPU. Now, the computer powers on, but it gets stuck on the orange DRAM indicator, and I can't get it to POST. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, like reseating components, clearing the CMOS, and testing the RAM individually, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have suggestions for getting past this issue?

You might want to try reseating the CPU. Sometimes integrated memory controller errors can show up as DRAM problems. If you've ruled out everything else, this could be the next logical step. Also, make sure that the CMOS actually got reset. Remove the battery, unplug the PSU, and press the power button a few times to discharge it—that could help ensure a proper reset.

I appreciate this advice! Reseating the CPU seems to be the way to go. I didn’t realize CrashFree BIOS needs a working CPU, so that’s good to know. I thought everything was fine since it was working before I switched things up.
