Hey everyone! My company recently acquired another business, and my manager and I have been using ShareGate to migrate their SharePoint content to our system. However, during the process, it looks like ShareGate accidentally replaced two of our existing sites, and I can't find any trace of the original content. I'm really hoping someone might have tips on how to recover these sites before I resort to building them from scratch and trying to remember what they used to look like! Thanks! Update: I've created basic versions of the two sites for the owners to fill in the rest.

Before you start recreating everything, make sure to check the version history of your Site Pages. ShareGate usually performs a "Merge" and shouldn't have deleted your files completely. Here’s how to find it:
1. Head over to Site Contents > Site Pages.
2. Look for `Home.aspx` (or your landing page).
3. Right-click and select **Version History**.
There's a good chance your old homepage is still saved there. If it was indeed deleted, you might need to reach out to Microsoft Support for a "Point in Time Restore" which allows you to recover your site within a 14-day window. It usually takes a day or two, but it’s better than starting from scratch!

Thanks for the tip! I actually checked the recycle bin and the version history already, so no luck there, unfortunately.
