I've been experiencing an issue where my screen goes completely black when I start a game or launch something new, even though the backlight is still on. The audio continues to play, but I can't see anything on the screen and I end up having to restart my PC. This doesn't happen all the time, but it's annoying when it does. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Just a heads up, if it’s happening on multiple monitors, I’d lean away from cabling being the issue. It could be something else, but start with the easy checks first!
It sounds frustrating! Have you checked your PC specs? Sometimes a loose connection can cause these issues. If you haven’t already, try unplugging the monitor cable from both the monitor and the PC, and then plug it back in. It might help.
