Hey everyone! I haven't built a PC in a while and need some advice for helping a friend. They want to play Inzoi, a new game that has impressive graphics, and I'm looking to create a build that can handle high settings and last for years. I've done some research on PC Part Picker and Logical Increments, and here are the parts I'm considering for the build:
* **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-core Processor
* **CPU Cooler**: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 CPU Cooler
* **Motherboard**: ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WIFI II ATX AM4
* **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18
* **Storage**: Samsung 960 Pro
* **Video Card**: Gigabyte WINDFORCE SFF GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB
* **Case**: Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower
* **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX
I realize this setup might be overkill for just playing a game similar to Sims or Minecraft, but I want it to be future-proof. Would love any feedback or advice before we make a purchase!

I'd give this a cautious thumbs-up. Just keep in mind that you're on an older platform with Ryzen 5000 and DDR4. While it should handle current games just fine, think about whether you want to invest in newer tech for future-proofing down the line.
I'd recommend swapping the CPU for the 5700X and spending a bit extra to upgrade to an NVMe SSD instead of an HDD. HDDs aren't the best for gaming these days. This should give you better performance for Inzoi!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll keep an eye on pricing and see if I can make that switch.
Overall, your build looks solid! Just a quick note about storage; make sure to go for an NVMe SSD if you can. They might be pricier, but they offer much better performance compared to regular SSDs or HDDs.
I initially planned for a mix of HDD and SSD, but I'll look into upgrading if the budget allows. Appreciate the input!

Yeah, that’s a good point. Cost is a big factor for us, so I might have to stick with this setup for now.
