I'm trying to enhance my firewall's security by blocking traffic from known malicious sites. Is there an open source list or feed available that provides these IPs and domains? I'm specifically looking for something that I can implement easily.

If you’re using pfSense, I recommend looking into pfBlockerNG. It’s not part of the default install but is easy to set up and has various feeds for threat intelligence.

Check out Crowdsec; they offer a community blocklist that could be useful. You can find the details on their documentation site. It's a great resource for blocking malicious traffic.

You can also use OpenDNS on your router for a straightforward solution. It provides basic protections against known malicious domains.

Spamhaus has a provider-level list called the DROP list, which stands for 'Don’t Route Or Peer'. It's meant for blocking known malicious addresses, and you can find it on Spamhaus's website.

The Talos/Snort list is another good option. You can download it from their site, which provides a comprehensive IP block list.
