I just bought a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F and a 5060Ti GPU, along with 16GB of RAM. I'm trying to figure out whether I should go for a 1080p monitor or a 1440p one. What do you think would be the best choice? Thanks for your help!

You can run Cyberpunk at 1440p with path tracing and DLSS, so I'd say go for it! It’ll look amazing.

If your monitor is 24 inches or smaller, a 1080p will do just fine. But for anything 27 inches or larger, I'd definitely recommend going with 1440p to really take advantage of that extra screen space.

What kind of games are you planning to play? That can really influence what resolution works best for you.

Go for the 1440p if you're good with using DLSS at quality or balanced settings. Your 5060Ti will handle it pretty well—definitely a better option than settling for 1080p!

Yeah, the 5060Ti is solid for 1440p. I'd only push for 1080p if you were using something like a 3060.
