I built a custom computer a while back, and about a year or two ago I updated the BIOS. After the update, it just turned off and never turned back on. I thought it completely died, so I set it aside and got a new computer since I wasn't gaming much anymore. Now, I'm looking to get back into gaming, so I dusted it off, but it won't post or boot up at all. The motherboard lights up, and all the fans and the GPU are spinning, but that's about it. I've got an Asus Prime B350 Plus motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 and a 1050 Ti, plus 16GB of RAM (I have some new RAM lying around, too). Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Since it has a crash-free BIOS, I attempted to reload the BIOS, but that didn't work.
2. I reseated the GPU and RAM, and removed any unnecessary components, but still no luck.
3. I replaced the CMOS battery and cleared the cache by shorting some pins on the motherboard.
I double-checked, and I'm definitely plugged into the GPU for output, as the AMD CPUs lack onboard graphics. Is there anything else I can do to revive this computer, or should I just give up on it? Thanks in advance!

Does your motherboard have any status LEDs or a POST code display to help diagnose the issue? And if your GPU doesn't have integrated video, is it functioning properly in another computer?
Try removing components one at a time to see if anything's causing an issue, starting with hardware that may not be compatible or may be overheating. If you have another PC, check the RAM and HDD by trying them in that computer. Also, check if the BIOS settings might be causing problems—make sure temperature settings are reasonable and that the CPU has adequate thermal paste.
Was it working fine before the BIOS update? If it was, then the BIOS update might've caused a compatibility issue. Also, listen for any beeping sounds when you power it on, as they can indicate specific hardware problems.
