Is My Power Supply Enough for a Ryzen 7 Upgrade?

I'm currently using an RTX 4060 with a Ryzen 5 5500, but I'm planning to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 5700X. I want to make sure my existing power supply can handle the new CPU. I looked inside my case, but I couldn't find any labels or stickers on the power supply. I purchased it about a year ago. Any advice?

It sounds like you're making a nice upgrade! As for your power supply, it's hard to say without knowing the wattage. If you could post a picture of the power supply, especially the part where the specs are usually listed, that would really help in determining if it's sufficient for your setup.

For a Ryzen 7 5700X and an RTX 4060, I'd recommend a power supply rated at least 650W, especially if you plan to overclock. It’s a good idea to check the wattage if you can find any info. If the PSU is from a reliable brand and is around that wattage, you should be good for performance.
