I'm looking to upgrade from my current Gigabyte 3070 Gaming OC 8GB. My setup includes an i7 11700K, MSI Z590A Pro motherboard, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a 750W 80+ Gold power supply. Recently, I've experienced some loud fan noise and overheating issues—especially since one fan has stopped working completely while the others are trying hard to compensate. The frames are still fine, but it's clearly time for a change.
I've been considering either the PowerColor 9060XT (Reaper or Hellhound) or the 5060Ti, but I'm a bit stuck on which one to choose. I've heard prices might go up soon, so I'm open to suggestions on whether I should splurge a bit more now. I currently have a 1080p monitor, but I've been told 1440p might be a better fit for these cards, although I'm not leaning towards a 4K setup. I'm planning to upgrade my case, cooling, and GPU, so I'd like to know if these cards will work well with my current specs.

If you're happy with how your 3070 performs, you might just want to replace the fan on it. They’re pretty easy to swap out and you can find them cheaply on sites like AliExpress or eBay. The noise is likely due to one fan being down, causing the others to work overtime.

That's a good point, although I'm not sure how much of a difference that would make. I'm playing games like Lies of P, and the heat gets extreme quickly—especially in Unreal Engine games. I’ve been looking into cooling pad replacements too, but I’m not too comfortable doing that myself.
