I just finished building a new PC featuring an Intel i5 14400F processor, an MSI H610M-E motherboard, and two 16GB sticks of 6000MHz CL30 RAM. I discovered that my CPU only officially supports up to 4800MHz, which was a bit of a shock after buying the components. However, I've come across reports of others running their RAM at 6000MHz. How can I boost my RAM speed to at least 5600MHz if possible?

To increase your RAM speed, head into the BIOS and enable the XMP profile. Just a heads up, though, your motherboard might only support RAM speeds up to 5600MT, so you might want to test that out and see what it can handle.
You could try overclocking it, but honestly, running at 4800MHz is still pretty good. I have a similar setup with 5600MHz RAM and a Ryzen 7 7700, and I haven’t noticed any major differences in gaming performance.
