I'm looking for recommendations on which Linux distribution is best for gaming on my AMD-powered PC and my ROG Ally X. I'm really frustrated with Windows and eager to make the switch. I was considering Bazzite but I'm open to any other suggestions. Thanks for your help!

Almost any distro works, but if you want support for Windows apps, check out video guides. AMD has both official and open-source drivers in the Linux kernel, so a gaming distro mostly just comes pre-loaded with apps.
This gets asked a lot! I'd say go for Bazzite, Nobara, or CachyOS. For your ROG Ally X, definitely try Bazzite's Big Picture Gaming Mode; it's pretty cool and you'll see how it enhances your experience.
I’d recommend either Bazzite or CachyOS. If you haven't used Linux much before, Bazzite is a good choice since it’s user-friendly.
If you're comfortable with the terminal, CachyOS is the way to go. But, if you want something simple, stick with Bazzite.
