I'm currently using RingCentral for our call center, but I'm not really happy with it. I'm looking for alternatives that you've used and found effective. What systems have worked well for you?

It really depends on your needs, but Zoom has good features that can save you money if you bundle it with other licenses. I just switched from an old Shoretel system to 3CX and it's been impressive, even though it requires a bit more setup. Also, we use Clearfly for our SIP trunk, and they've been a breeze for things like porting and service changes. Just make sure to run the numbers; it might be that Zoom ends up being cheaper depending on your call volume!
8x8 has been solid in my experience, definitely worth considering if you're shopping around.
Make sure you take into account your internet setup. A cloud phone system can run into issues if the configuration isn’t prioritized for your internet connection, so plan accordingly!
Zoom Phone is really affordable, easy to set up, and does a lot of things. Definitely worth checking out!
Don't overlook voipstudio! It's a fully featured cloud PBX with lots of integrations, plus it's affordable and offers a free trial to test it out.
This really varies by region. For one of my clients, Telus worked well, but in India, we found Exotel and Myoperator to be the best options for our needs.
If you're up for it, check out Talkdesk. We've been using it for a few years at my call centers, and it handles both simple and complex needs pretty well. The support is fantastic too, but it might be on the pricier side.
We tried Microsoft Teams for phone calls but ended up switching back to Zoom. Zoom's quality and support have been great for us, although we still use Teams for meetings.
I've used Zoom Phone, and while I haven't explored the call center features, it seems to work well for general phone use.

I like 3CX too, but keep in mind that their management could be better—just a heads up!
