Trouble with Kingston SSD Manager Not Detecting NVMe Drive

I'm having a bit of an issue with the Kingston SSD Manager; it isn't recognizing my NVMe drive properly. I noticed a message that says 'Possible counterfeit drive detected.' I'm not sure what's going on. I bought this NVMe drive a few years ago from CSL, and I recently reinstalled Windows 11 after verifying the drive with h2testw. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

It sounds like your SSD might be flagged for some reason. It's a good idea to double-check where you purchased it and ensure it wasn’t a counterfeit. Since you've reinstalled Windows, that’s good, but I’d also recommend backing up all your important files just to be safe. Double-checking the connections and trying it in another slot can also help.

If you still see the 'Possible counterfeit drive detected' message, you might want to reach out to Kingston's support team. They can help you verify the drive's authenticity. Hope it gets sorted!
