I'm gearing up to build my very first gaming PC and have set a budget of $1200. I've compiled a list of parts, but I'm open to suggestions if there are better options available. The parts I've chosen, along with a monitor, are sourced from Amazon since components are quite pricey here in Colombia. Here's what I'm looking at:
- Ryzen 5 8600G for $150
- Asus Dual 5060 OC with 8GB of VRAM for $299
- Asus TUF Gaming B650 motherboard for $148
- Vengeance 16GB DDR5 RAM for $229
- Crucial P310 1TB SSD for $106
- CORSAIR RM750e 750W Gold power supply for $106
- Acer Nitro KG251Q 24.5" Full HD monitor at $104 (200Hz, IPS, AMD FreeSync Premium)
Thanks for taking the time to help me out!

You might want to consider swapping out the Ryzen 5 8600G for something from the Ryzen 7000 series. The 8600G isn’t ideal if you're planning to use a dedicated GPU, as it can be slower than other options. Maybe a Ryzen 7500F would work better for you!

Totally agree! A Ryzen 7000 chip would definitely give you a better performance boost in gaming compared to the 8600G.
