I recently installed a new graphics card, the RX 9060 XT, but ended up with no display. In a rush, I switched back to my old GPU, the 1660 Super, and I'm still seeing no output. I've done everything I can think of: removed the CMOS battery, taken out the RAM sticks, swapped PCIe cables, re-seated the GPU, and changed from DisplayPort to HDMI. Both GPUs seem to work fine, as the fans spin and the lights are on for the RX 9060. I'm at a loss here! Here are my specs: CPU is an i3 10400F, and the motherboard is an Asrock H510M-HVS R2.0. Any thoughts on what might be going on or what else I could try?

It sounds like a frustrating issue! Since you mentioned there's no integrated GPU, is there a BIOS update available for your motherboard? Sometimes a BIOS update can resolve compatibility issues with new hardware. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's steps carefully when attempting an update.
Have you checked if your CPU has integrated graphics? If it does, try connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard to see if you can get a signal from there. Also, make sure that all the cables from your GPU to the monitor are securely connected—sometimes they can appear seated but aren't fully in place.
I don't have integrated graphics. I've double-checked all the cable connections, and everything seems secure.
I haven't seen a flash BIOS feature on my board. It's a pretty basic model, so I think I'm out of luck there.
