Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my old Nvidia GTX 1660 so I can play the latest games at 1080p with high settings. I'm considering buying a new Intel Arc B580 for around 280€ (approximately $324.95). However, I've also found some great second-hand options at a local shop that comes with a 5-year warranty. Here are the options I'm looking at:
- Asus GeForce RTX 3070 Ti TUF OC 8GB GDDR6: 300.00€ (approx. $348.20)
- Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11GB GDDR6: 290.00€ (approx. $336.59)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 WINDFORCE OC 8GB GDDR6: 270.00€ (approx. $313.38)
- MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM X 8GB GDDR6: 260.00€ (approx. $301.77)
- Asus GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Dual V2 Mini OC 8GB GDDR6: 225.00€ (approx. $261.15)
- Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 8GB GDDR6: 200.00€ (approx. $232.13)
My main goal is to find a card that will last me a couple of years until I can buy a new PC. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend the 3070 Ti. I just upgraded from a 4060, and it doesn't hold up well for 1080p at high settings.
If you're open to AMD, I'd suggest checking out the RX 9060 XT 16GB. They offer great value for 1080p gaming.
Out of your current options, I'd go for the RTX 3070 Ti. I had a Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3070 and it performed really well on high graphics for games like Witcher 3 and RDR2. The only downside is it can run hot unless you pick models like EVGA or Asus.
If you're not committed to Nvidia, consider the 6750 XT for its higher VRAM. It might give you more flexibility later on. But yeah, both the 4060 and 3070 Ti are good bets too!
For budget options, if you can swing the RX 9060 XT 8GB, that's solid. Otherwise, definitely go with the 3070 Ti!

My EVGA tri-fan 3070 does run hot. Interestingly, my Gigabyte 4070 Super is much cooler in the exact same setup.
