I need to change my Apple ID because I'm currently sharing the same account with my brother and mother. Is there a way to switch to a new Apple ID while also keeping all my data intact?

You can use a merge feature when signing in with your new Apple ID, but it's also worth checking out Family Sharing. Sharing the same Apple ID isn't the best route to go down.
Your data isn't directly linked to your Apple ID, so you're in the clear! Just make a backup first, set up your new Apple ID, and then choose to transfer your data from the backup. Apple has detailed steps on their website to guide you.
