I'm having trouble with my mounted drive since switching to Fedora 43 KDE a few days ago. I can't create any folders or modify files because it keeps telling me I don't have the necessary permissions. I checked the permissions, and it looks like I should have access, but I'm still facing issues. My system's SSD doesn't have much storage, so I really need to access the mounted drive efficiently. First off, what kind of filesystem are you dealing with on the drive? If it's NTFS, there might be some underlying issues that need fixing. Linux sometimes mounts NTFS as read-only if it detects filesystem problems. It would help if you could post the output of `mount` and `ls -ld` for the mount point, along with your fstab entry; then we can diagnose it better.
