I recently upgraded my CPU and GPU, and now I'm having trouble getting Windows to reactivate. I've already run the troubleshooter, selected the recently changed hardware, and chose the device I want to reactivate, but Windows keeps telling me it can't activate my device. You could reach out to Microsoft directly and explain your situation. They used to help with reactivations like this.
The issue is likely due to the TPM changing with your CPU swap. You might want to search for solutions related to that.

Was your Windows 10 or 11 license always that version, or did it upgrade from Windows 8 or 7? I ran into issues reactivating my retail license after a BIOS update with an MSI board. The support rep said my old key wouldn’t work since they had stopped allowing upgrades from those versions.
When you change major hardware like that, Windows can think it's a completely new machine, so it might require you to transfer your old license to this "new" setup through Microsoft’s site. They won't let you reuse a license that's linked to another system already.
