I'm having trouble installing Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.3 from a bootable USB. I've created the USB using Etcher, but when I boot and enter the UEFI settings, I don't see a Mint entry. My options include onboard NIC for IPv4 and IPv6, Windows Boot Manager, and an entry for Ubuntu. When I try to set the Ubuntu option first, it just takes me to a Grub command line instead of the Mint installation process. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this?

If you have an Nvidia GPU, consider adding 'nomodeset' when booting. While I understand you can't access the Mint menu, sometimes trying to input that command in the Grub prompt might get you further.
Have you thought about trying a different distro? Ultramarine Linux is a newer option that’s quite user-friendly and might offer a more modern experience than Mint.
It sounds like your USB might not have been created correctly since Mint is based on Ubuntu. I'd suggest trying another tool like Rufus to create the bootable USB again. Sometimes the flashing process can go awry, so redoing it could help.
Make sure to disable Secure Boot in your BIOS settings. Also, turn off Fast Boot if you can find that option. It might be under your power settings in Windows.
