I recently replaced my failing RTX 3060 TI with a brand new GPU, an RX 9060 XT. However, I'm running into a problem where my monitor completely loses video feed and the GPU fans crank up to 100%. I'm not sure what's causing this issue. Any ideas?

That sounds frustrating! Since you still hear audio when the video cuts out, it might be a connection issue. Check your cables to make sure they are secure and that the monitor is set to the right input. Sometimes a loose or faulty cable can cause video loss like that.
It could be related to power supply issues too. Make sure your PSU is strong enough to handle the new GPU, especially if the fans are going full blast. If the power isn't sufficient, it can lead to weird behavior like video loss.
