I've just set up my new NZXT Kraken Elite 360 AIO cooler with a Ryzen 9 7900X CPU, but I'm noticing some unusually high idle temperatures ranging from 67 to 71 degrees Celsius. Also, during Roblox gameplay, the temps spike up to 92 degrees, which seems extreme for a game like that. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the installation or if I missed something important. Any advice?

It sounds like your cooler might not be mounted correctly. Make sure you're using the right standoffs for your motherboard socket, and that the cooler is sitting firmly and evenly on the CPU. Applying the thermal paste correctly is crucial too. When you were tightening the screws, did you press down on the cooler to ensure it made good contact?
First of all, check if you removed the pre-applied sticker from the heatsink. That can often be the culprit for high temperatures if it's left on. Just double-check to ensure you’ve got good contact!

I didn't press down on it while tightening, but the screws felt tight. Should I try to loosen them and press down before tightening again?
