I just bought a gaming PC equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card for $900. Now, I'm on the hunt for a good monitor that pairs well with it. Ideally, I'm interested in 1440p resolution at 144hz, but I want to keep my budget under $150. What brands should I consider, and do you have any specific recommendations?

Honestly, I think pairing that powerful GPU with a 1440p monitor might not be the best idea. With only 8GB of VRAM, you might have a tough time. I’d suggest looking into a solid 1080p monitor instead for a smoother experience overall.

If you're looking for an IPS monitor with those specs while staying within your budget, check out the ASRock PG27QFT1B. It’s currently one of the few options you’ll find in that price range. If you're okay with a VA panel, there are a couple more ASRock choices like the PG27QRT1B and PG27QRT2A. The latter has a nicer stand if that’s a priority for you.

What kind of specs are you thinking for your 1080p monitor? If you're going for a budget-friendly option, I can help you narrow down some choices that would match the GPU better.
