You're probably going to get the best deals with last year's models or even older ones. They often offer solid performance without the inflated price tag.
Honestly, if you're looking for a laptop, I'd recommend buying it now if you can afford it. It could take 5 to 10 years for prices to level out. You don't want to be stuck without a decent machine when you really need it!
About 80% of RAM currently in production will be sold out by 2028 due to high demands. So, even if the market shifts, I doubt we'll see significant drops in prices anytime soon.
