Help Diagnosing Memtest86 Errors and Possible CPU Issues

I've been having trouble with my PC randomly bluescreening, so I attempted to reinstall Windows, but that failed too. I ran Memtest86 and encountered a lot of errors, regardless of how I configured my RAM or even when using different kits. The errors seem to be coming from CPU cores 11 and 12. When I disabled CCD 1, the errors just moved to other cores. I'm using a Ryzen 9 3900XT processor. Can anyone help me figure this out?

To really pin down the issue, it might help to test your RAM sticks individually. Here's a simple plan:
1. Grab some blue painter's tape and mark each stick as #1, #2, etc., writing down their serial numbers.
2. Insert stick #1 in the correct slot for one DIMM (check your motherboard manual).
3. Run the Memtest and save or take a photo of the results, noting which stick it corresponds to.
4. Do this for all your RAM sticks one at a time.
If only one stick shows errors, that's your culprit. If they all fail in that slot, then it’s either that RAM slot or the CPU. If none fail, try the next slot with a different set of sticks. Also, if you can find a second CPU for testing, even a cheap one, that might help too.

This looks like the good ol' Ryzen CPU degradation issue. Have you considered bumping up the voltage through PBO or manually?

Don't forget, the PSU could be an issue here too. If you can, borrow a different one or get a PSU tester to see if any voltages are sagging below spec.

It sounds like your CPU might be failing. How old is it, and what motherboard are you using?
