Help Needed: Windows 11 Issues After Network Reset

I've been struggling for the last three days to fix my computer after it blue screened. After rebooting, my internet wasn't working properly, and I found out my issue was tied to my PC. I did a network reset and could access sites on IPv6, but my girlfriend managed to get IPv4 sites working too. However, I noticed that Windows de-authorized itself. I've tried entering my product key, getting help from support (only for them to get booted out remotely), and discovered that the Microsoft Store isn't working, showing error code (0xc0000022) each time. I've explored all sorts of workarounds, but nothing is helping. I even attempted a Windows 11 installation, but that failed too. I also tried using a USB drive with the Windows Media Creator, but encountered the error (0x30018 first_boot sysprep_specialize windows 11). I'm at my wits' end and just need to know if a fresh install of Windows is my only option now.

Before you go for a full reinstall, make sure you check your network drivers. Are you using Ethernet or Wi-Fi? Reinstalling the drivers for your network hardware could potentially fix the internet issues you're having and help restore your connection.

Have you tried running DISM or SFC commands? These can help fix system corruption issues, which might be at play here, especially if it's tied to your HDD or SSD. Keep in mind that these commands usually need an internet connection, though. This might be something to take to a repair shop if it doesn't work, but make sure they don’t wipe your files before you have backups!

It sounds like you're dealing with quite a mess! Have you managed to check if there are any dump files from the blue screen? If you can boot into Windows normally or even use Safe Mode, check the 'C:WindowsMinidump' folder for crash logs. If you find anything, zip that folder and upload it to a file sharing site so we can analyze what went wrong. Multiple dump files help pinpoint issues better.

I haven't looked for dump files yet. I'll check that out next!
