Is it a good idea to switch Linux to my main drive and keep Windows on a secondary drive?

I'm currently running Linux on a 120GB drive while Windows is on a larger 512GB drive. Lately, I find myself using Linux more often and I only boot into Windows for specific tasks like using FL Studio. I'm considering switching the two, putting Linux on the bigger drive and Windows on the smaller drive. Is this a wise move or could it lead to problems?

I'd say go for it if you feel like it! But if the 120GB drive is currently working fine for Linux, maybe you don’t need to change things unless you're running out of space on either OS. Do you actually have enough room for Windows on the 120GB SSD?

I've run Windows 11 on a 128GB drive before, and it worked unless you have a ton of games or big applications. It should fit!

You can definitely switch them, but just keep in mind there might be some instability. Windows tends to mess with boot priorities or can even overwrite your Linux boot partition, which could create some headaches later on.
