I recently came into possession of two iPhone 11 Pros that I got from a company going bankrupt. Unfortunately, I don't have the Apple ID or password to access them. I'm looking for advice on what options I have. Ideally, I'd like to figure out how to unlock them or erase them, but just to be clear, I'm not interested in jailbreaking or hacking them—just looking for legitimate solutions.

Just a heads up, if you can't reach IT, your options are pretty limited, kind of like what a thief would face. It might be tough to get them back to a usable state without the necessary credentials.
You might want to consider recycling them if you're not able to unlock them. It's an eco-friendly option and you'll be rid of the devices without further hassle.
I hope you didn’t spend too much on them! Trying to get into devices without the right info can be a headache.
These phones could make really good paperweights! But seriously, if you still have the IT team from the previous company, they might be able to help remove them from any management systems.
