I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 5600X paired with a Zotac RTX 2080 Ti blower, but it's super noisy and I'd like to swap it out for something better. I'm considering either the AMD RX 9060 XT 16GB or the RX 9070 XT 16GB. However, I'm unsure if either of these would create a significant bottleneck with my current setup. Any suggestions or advice?

Just get the most powerful option you can! It’ll future-proof your setup.
If the noise is the main issue, try cleaning your current GPU first — that can often help! But if you’re set on upgrading, the RX 9070 XT is a great choice, though it might bottleneck a bit with your current CPU. You can always upgrade the CPU later.
If you're planning on gaming at 2K resolution, go for the RX 9070 XT. It'll provide an awesome gaming experience! Just make sure your system can handle that power.
Both GPUs would make a solid upgrade. It really depends on your preferences and resolution requirements.
What’s your monitor resolution? If you're gaming at 1080p, the RX 9060 should work great and it's more budget-friendly. But for 1440p, the RX 9070 would be a better call. Just keep in mind that there could be a slight CPU bottleneck in some demanding games.
