I'm putting together my first PC build and trying to keep it within a budget. Here's what I've come up with so far:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor - $194.00
- **CPU Cooler**: ARCTIC Freezer 36 CO - $39.35
- **Thermal Compound**: ARCTIC MX-4 (2019) - $5.49
- **Motherboard**: ASRock B850M Pro-A WiFi Micro ATX - $119.99
- **Memory**: Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 - $452.00
- **Storage**: Kingston NV3 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD - $157.79
- **Video Card**: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 12GB - $493.99
- **Case**: Phanteks XT PRO ATX Mid Tower - $49.99
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A850GL 850W - $118.98

Total: $1631.58

Does anyone have thoughts or tips? Am I on the right track, or is there something I could optimize for better performance or cost?

Instead of the RTX 3060, you might want to look into the RX 9060 XT or the RX 9070 XT if you aren't set on Nvidia. They can give you better performance for the price unless DLSS is a must for you. Just saying!
