I recently built a new PC, but I'm having serious trouble getting WiFi to work. I was told by various YouTubers that I need to download the motherboard drivers and firmware onto a flash drive. I borrowed my friend's PC to do this, and I dragged all the necessary files to the flash drive. After that, my friend's computer started lagging, and when we restarted it, we got stuck on a weird boot screen. We ran tests, and it says the SSDs are fine, but now we can't even access the BIOS, no matter how many keys we press. I've tried F12, F10, F9, Esc, and even Ctrl + Alt + Del. Nothing works! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you happen to remove the flash drive before rebooting? Your screenshots seem to suggest that the PC might be trying to boot from the flash drive. Make sure that's not the case!
Oh, and just a tip for future builds: be sure to always properly eject the flash drive after transferring files. It makes a difference. If you were accessing the BIOS, make sure the USB is connected at the right time too—sometimes waiting until you reach the desktop to insert it for driver transfers is best.
It's also super important to know where you downloaded the drivers from. Did you grab them from the official manufacturer's website or a random link? That could make a big difference in functionality!
This is pretty tricky to sort out, so let's clarify. After you transferred the files to the USB, which PC was lagging? Your friend's, right? That shouldn't interfere with your flash drive usage. To get into the BIOS, you really only need to press one button continuously, usually F2, Delete, or sometimes F10 or F12. Try one button at a time on each restart. Just keep pressing it as soon as the screen goes black.
And hey, remember to check the community rules if you plan to post any pictures next time! It looks like you may have overlooked that detail.
I thought I did! Sorry about that.

The flash drive is not even connected, man.
