You're spending a bit much on some older components. While Intel CPUs are solid, the i5-12600K is a few years old, and there are newer AMD CPUs that could give you better performance. Consider downgrading the CPU or GPU for better value. I had a look at an AMD build that includes a Ryzen 7 7700, which might give you more bang for your buck. It costs around $239.98 and offers excellent performance for your requirements. Just a thought!
Thanks for the feedback! I get your point about the Ryzen 7. It's just that DDR4 RAM is a lot easier to find and more affordable where I live, so sticking with it for now makes sense.
