I recently had to return a faulty PC to Costco because it wouldn't boot at all. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in to remove my accounts since the PC uses a PIN for logging in. The only accounts linked to this PC are my Google account on the browser, and accounts for Steam, Battle.net, and Microsoft. I'm really worried about my data being exposed. What steps should I take now to protect myself? Thanks in advance!

You should definitely change the passwords for your accounts right away. Also, you can remotely log out from the device if possible. Turning on two-factor authentication (2FA) is a must for added security! That should help keep your accounts safe.
But won't the browser still be signed in? They could access all my passwords saved there!
