I work as the IT person handling infrastructure and security for a midsize insurance agency, but I've recently been tasked with modernizing our phone system. The ops manager wants a setup that directly integrates with our agency management system, Applied Epic. Currently, our process requires staff to manually enter call notes each morning, which is obviously inefficient. I know about VoIP and networks, but I lack specific knowledge on insurance integrations or which phone systems will connect effectively with our AMS. If anyone here has experience in this area, I'd love your guidance!
