Computer Freezing and Crashing While Watching Videos – Help Needed!

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my computer where it occasionally freezes or completely shuts down when I'm watching Youtube videos. This problem has been occurring randomly, and when it crashes, I get a message saying it needs to restart. I've noticed that every time there's a short freeze while watching a video, a **LiveKernelEvent 141** appears in the Reliability Monitor. When the computer fully crashes, there are entries for a **BlueScreen**. I've been told this might be due to issues with my display adapter drivers, so I updated them but the issue persisted. I also ran a **sfc /scannow** command in Command Prompt to check for corrupted files, but that didn't help either. I attempted to turn off hardware acceleration, which did stop the freezing, but it severely affected video performance. My display adapter driver version is 32.0.101.7084, dating back to 1/15/2026, and it's an Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe graphics. Any insights on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you're dealing with some tricky issues! You might want to check for dump files after a BSOD, as they can give insights into what's gone wrong. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. Just zip that folder and upload it to a file sharing site like Catbox or MediaFire. This could help pinpoint the problem better!

Definitely turn off hardware acceleration in both your browser and Windows settings. Sometimes, that can really mess up video playback. After a crash, check the Event Viewer for any logs that might help you track down what's causing the issue.

I did turn it off, and I noticed a slight improvement, but it's still really slow.
