I’ve heard that NinjaOne has its own ticketing system, but it seems more geared towards techs instead of end-users. Do you know if that’s still the case?
We recently transitioned from HaloITSM to NinjaOne and also combined our RMM and MDM tools. We had to adjust some settings for ticket alerts, but it handles the basics pretty well. Our users submit tickets via email to a support address.
ConnectWise is a solid option! It pairs well with NinjaOne and is quite popular in the industry.
Right now, I’m using ConnectWise, but I really want to try Halo because it has a fantastic UI and better integrations. Definitely worth checking out both through demos!

Yeah, I think you're right. It's mainly for technicians to manage tickets, not really for end-user submissions.
