I'm having trouble with my FPS dropping to under 230 while playing CS2 and Valorant, especially during busy moments in the games. My PC specs should be able to handle this: I'm using a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU, an Intel Core i7 10700F CPU, a GIGABYTE b560 hd3 motherboard, and 16GB of DDR4 1600MHz RAM. I've even reinstalled my entire system, but the FPS issue persists. My GPU temps reach around 80°C, which I believe is okay, and my CPU temps hover around 65-70°C. I've tried playing on low settings, but that hasn't improved my performance. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions to resolve this?

You might want to try disabling any monitoring apps like Shadowplay or similar overlays. Sometimes they can negatively impact your FPS. Also, make sure to turn off any unnecessary Windows 11 bloatware that could be running in the background. It could make a difference!
Your CPU performance seems normal for a 10th gen Intel. But it’s strange that your FPS is dropping so low, especially since you're playing on low settings. CS2 should generally run well on your hardware. It might be worth checking for any background processes that could be using resources.
I agree! It seems like there might be something else impacting your performance. Have you checked if any other applications are running in the background?

Does Shadowplay really affect FPS that much? And are there specific bloatware programs you recommend disabling?
