I'm struggling to get my new computer build to power up fully. All the internal components like fans and RGB lights on my RAM turn on, but I'm not getting any display on my monitors, and none of my USB devices are powering up either. The DRAM post indicator light is constantly on.
Here are the steps I've already taken to troubleshoot:
- Reseated the RAM, GPU, and CPU.
- Removed and replaced the CMOS battery.
- Tried booting with just one RAM stick, swapping out different sticks and slots.
- Allowed around 30 minutes for memory training.
- Checked the CPU and socket for bent pins (the corner of the CPU looks slightly warped upwards).
Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the issue.
My specs are:
- Motherboard: ASRock B760 Pro RS
- Processor: i9 12900kf
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5
- GPU: EVGA RTX 2060
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If the GPU fans are working but you're still getting no display, it might be worth looking into the power supply connections to the motherboard and GPU. Make sure everything is plugged in properly. Also, have you tried resetting the BIOS settings? Sometimes a faulty BIOS configuration can prevent booting.
Just to double-check, are the fans on your GPU spinning? That could help us figure out if the GPU is getting power at all. It might be a sign of a deeper issue if they aren't turning on.
