Can’t Access Local Disk C: – Need Help

I'm having trouble accessing anything on my computer, especially Local Disk C:. When I try to open it, I get this error message: "The location is not available. C: is not accessible. Access denied." The thing is, I only have one account and I'm the administrator. Also, the icon for Local Disk appears grayed out, and I can't see any storage information for it. I can open files through the "Open file location" option and even modify them, but I can't install any programs. I'm really hoping to avoid formatting my notebook or buying a new SSD if I can help it. Can anyone assist me?

Have you tried changing the permissions or making other adjustments? I'm assuming it was working fine before. What changed recently?

The only thing I did differently was install a new game called Heartopia. After that, when I deleted a game launcher shortcut, I couldn't open the game anymore. Then I noticed I couldn't access the Local Disk either, and I was also having trouble updating apps in the Microsoft Store.
