Hey everyone! I'm facing some serious trouble with my PC, which seems to be completely non-functional now. Here's a chronological rundown of what happened:
I have an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (with an ASUS ROG Astral RTX 5090 GPU) and recently got a warning about my power settings due to pin 6 on the GPU exceeding 9.2A (it was around 9.5A). I tried reseating the power cable and changing the GPU adapter, and eventually, I played around with some minor undervolting which seemed to help temporarily. To be cautious, I ordered a new Corsair HX1200i PSU that's still on the way.
Then, after what seemed like a Windows update, my PC completely shut off and wouldn't turn back on properly. It got stuck in BIOS showing "preparing automatic repair." I tried various BIOS adjustments following online guides, but while I could get back into Windows briefly, things weren't working well (couldn't even open CPU-Z).
After updating the BIOS to F39, I attempted reinstalling Windows, but now I face the "DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG (0x1D5)" error, and I can't even get the reinstall started from my USB flash drive. I'm trapped in a never-ending loop at the BIOS screen. I'm really lost here and would appreciate any advice on how to move forward!

First, try booting your PC into recovery mode using your USB install media. From there, attempt to remove the last two Windows updates that may have caused the problems. I won't provide step-by-step details, but a quick Google search should guide you through the steps!

I already did remove the old installation of Windows, but I'll try that again. Thanks for the suggestion!
