I just got my iPhone 17, and I'm really disappointed with the battery performance. It drains about 4% every 10 minutes just while I'm texting! My battery health status shows 100% and says everything is normal, and I've turned off background apps. I've heard others say their iPhone 17 batteries last for days, which is why I chose this model. My old iPhone 13 had way better battery life. What should I do to fix this?

Give it some time! It can take up to a week for the battery features to settle down. During this time, your phone is indexing data and getting used to your habits, which can cause increased battery drain. Just hang tight and see if it improves after a few days.

That makes sense, but I've also heard mixed opinions. Some say this is normal, while others think I might need to return it. It’s confusing!
