How can I stop my PC from showing the eject option for internal drives?

I've been having a frustrating issue with my PC where the internal drives consistently provide an option to eject by default. Although I've gone into the BIOS and disabled the hot-swappable feature for the SATA drives multiple times, the setting only lasts for a short while before reverting. I haven't updated the BIOS during this time, so I'm not sure if that could be a factor. Could there be something else I'm overlooking to make this change permanent? I'm really tired of dealing with this; any help would be much appreciated!

First off, what motherboard are you using? That can make a difference in the settings available to you.

I have the Gigabyte X570 GAMING X.
