My old PC has finally given up after 7 years of service, and now my dad is looking to upgrade it. I'm not quite sure where to start, especially considering the current tech market situation. For reference, here's what I've got:
- The HDD and SSD are in good shape, so no need to replace those.
- The RAM is outdated, with two mismatched sticks; one is green and the other black, and the black one has some degraded spots.
- The motherboard is an A320-S2h, which is pretty old and stuck on a very old BIOS version. I need a replacement that is a similar size since I'm not changing the case and it should support newer CPUs.
- I'm currently using an A8-9600 APU. I'm looking for something that can last me about three years for basic tasks like video editing and playing Roblox, as I don't need high-end graphics.
- Also, my PSU is only 250 watts.
Any recommendations on what parts I should look into for the upgrade?

Honestly, I'd say you might need to replace most things. It could be worth considering a new build altogether, especially since your components are quite outdated.
