Issues with Printing PDFs in Color

I have a Canon image runner C250i and I'm experiencing some weird problems when printing PDF documents. Regardless of whether I'm using Adobe or a web browser, when I print in color, some of the text comes out fine while other parts appear blurred. If I take a closer look at the text with a magnifying glass, I can see that the colors seem layered in a shadow-like effect (like yellow, red, blue). I've checked the printer settings and everything seems okay, so I'm thinking this is likely a software issue. Any advice on how to fix this?

Does the problem happen with different fonts? Sometimes certain fonts can cause printing glitches, especially with color. It might be worth testing out a few to see if it changes anything.

I tried five different fonts, but unfortunately, the issue still remains.

Have you tried taking a screenshot of the PDF using the Snipping Tool and saving it as a JPG or a WEBP before printing? It sounds like the issue may not be software-related at all, but rather the printer is misaligning the cyan, magenta, yellow, or black colors. If the screenshot prints correctly, that confirms the printer is the problem. But if it prints like the PDF, it might be time to dive deeper into printer settings or maintenance.

I forgot to mention that when I printed the document from Word in color, it came out perfectly fine!

That's interesting! It seems like the issue is very specific to PDFs. Did you try printing as an image in Adobe? That could also affect the output.
