I'm trying to decide between the RX 9070 XT and the RTX 5070 Ti to pair with my Ryzen 7 3700X, especially considering potential bottlenecking performance. From what I've seen, the 9070 XT seems to offer better value for its price compared to the 5070 Ti. I mainly play games at 1440p, and I'm willing to spend a bit more on the RTX 5070 Ti if it can deliver noticeably better performance or frame rates without much bottlenecking from my CPU. However, I'm not planning on upgrading my CPU or motherboard anytime soon. Any thoughts on which GPU would be better for my setup? Thanks in advance!

The bottlenecking should be pretty similar for both cards as they perform comparably. If you're looking for value, I'd say go for the 9070 XT—it’s a solid choice!
Both the 9070 XT and the 5070 Ti have similar performance metrics in many games, with each having its strengths depending on the title. However, the 9070 XT is usually cheaper, so why pay more for basically the same thing?
Both GPUs will struggle with your Ryzen 3700X, so you might not see significantly different performance. AMD cards usually have better compatibility with older CPUs. If you're focused on gaming features, Nvidia has an edge, but normally, the 9070 XT offers better value.
Right, but for budget gamers, I'd say upgrading to a decent CPU might make a significant impact on performance down the line.
The RX 9070 XT tends to have fewer CPU overhead issues compared to the 5070 Ti. I’d definitely recommend going with the 9070 XT and then eventually upgrading your CPU to something like a 5700X or 5800X.
If you can afford the extra cost for the 5070 Ti, definitely consider the 9070 XT. In my opinion, it'll be worth it to upgrade your CPU down the line instead.

Yeah, in the current market, the price really shows. The cheapest RX 9070 XT is around $720 while the 5070 Ti is close to $999.
