Looking for the Best GPU for My i5-10400 Setup in 2026

Hey everyone! I bought my PC back in 2020, and at that time, I couldn't afford a GPU. Now that I've finally saved up, I'm looking to upgrade, but I'm wondering which GPU would be the best fit for my setup. The options I'm considering are: 1. Intel Arc B580 2. Radeon RX 9060XT 8GB 3. Geforce RTX 5060. My current specs include an i5-10400 processor, 16GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM, and a 650W power supply. Any recommendations?

Just a thought: if you're going with the 9060 XT, I’d say aim for the 16GB version instead of the 8GB. More VRAM is usually better for future-proofing your rig! If that’s not possible, the B580 might be a decent pick too, considering its 12GB VRAM.

If you're choosing among those options, I’d go for the RX 9060 XT. The other cards won't do as well with your i5-10400 since it can bottleneck their performance. Plus, it'll work fine with your current setup without any issues.

Yeah, given the situation, it seems like the 9060 XT is the best path forward.

I’d recommend looking at the RX 7600 XT as well. It’s a solid choice along with the 9060 XT. Don’t worry too much, your i5-10400 is still capable for most games. Some people just upgrade too quickly for no reason!

It looks like you’re a bit behind in your tech timeline! We’re in 2026 now! Just don't stress too much—upgrading will give you a nice boost, but your current setup still holds up pretty well.

Haha, I know, right? My bad for the mix-up!

What kinds of games or applications are you interested in? If you're mainly into Minecraft with heavy mods and shaders, as well as Cyberpunk, you might want a card that handles those demands well.

Yeah, those are definitely the main ones I’ll be playing!
