The PSU isn't the root of your slow performance issues. It's likely something else. Have you considered checking your RAM settings? Sometimes, settings in BIOS can affect how memory performs, and tweaked settings could lead to slowdowns.

I get what you're saying! I replaced the PSU because of the power outage and felt it was a good step, but it didn't help. As for the mining, I really hope that's not the case!
